Worcester Racecourse is an ideal West Midlands based venue. With a choice of six different suites and breakout rooms, free parking for over 500 cars and free WiFi throughout the venue, we are a perfect fit for any event, from conference and meeting room hire, to private party suites.

If you are looking for conference venue hire or hiring a meeting room, the Grandstand at Worcester Racecourse offers plenty of flexible space for your event. Your chosen suite will be exclusively yours on the date of your event. Equipment hire including a PA system, flipchart, lectern and podium are all incorporated into our packages.

We have three suites within the Grandstand to choose from, three smaller meeting rooms/breakout rooms plus the Parade Ring Marquee which is available to hire in the summer months (May-October). The Croft Suite, Severn Suite, Grandstand Bar and Parade Ring Marquee all have bar facilities. All floors of the Grandstand are accessible for disabled guests, with a lift to the first and second floors.
