Grandstand Bar

This ground floor suite works well for meetings and smaller exhibitions with room for up to 50 delegates (dependent on your set up needs). Boasting a large bar and easy access to outdoor areas, this space works well on its own or can be used in conjunction with other spaces for a larger event.

Croft Suite

Located on the first floor of the grandstand building with lift and stair access, the Croft Suite is our largest space and offers views of the River Severn.

The room can be configured in any style to suit you and has dual projectors and screens at both ends of the room, enabling your guests to get the best view no matter where they are seated. With a removable dancefloor, this is also the ideal space for dinners, balls and weddings with a large bar facility and a cloakroom. Chairs, tables and white linen are all included with hire of the Croft Suite.

There is a separate reception area on the ground floor of the grandstand building available for anyone booking the Croft Suite to use if required for event registrations or as a welcome area, and the Croft Suite has an extensive power supply to ensure you can run everything you need to.

Severn Suite

A firm favourite with delegates, the views from this suite are truly stunning. Flooded with natural daylight, this two-tiered space offers a great platform to host your event on. Whether you’re looking for an unusual but budget friendly wedding option in Worcester, or a multi-tier space to host an exhibition, this suite delivers, and can be teamed up with the additional meeting rooms to offer private breakout space if required.

Marquee

Open from May through to October, this stunning marquee boasts fantastic scenery and views of the city. Complete with its own private lawn, high ceilings and chandeliers, this space is perfect bit of luxury in the heart of Worcester. Private Suites

These professional and Private Suites offer a focused space for meetings and training sessions, as well as working well in conjunction with other suites for conferences, weddings or parties as additional space.

The Severn Restaurant at Worcester Racecourse offers stunning views and fine dining in a relaxed environment. Located on the second floor of the Grandstand, it offers commanding views over the racecourse and to the River Severn. In 2017 the Severn Restaurant at Worcester Racecourse were delighted to be shortlisted for the final 5 in the Food & Beverage category at the Racecourse Association (RCA) Showcase Awards, the most prestigious awards in the industry.

Located next to the parade ring, offering a full range of bar facilities.

From the north or south take junction 6 off the M5 and follow the A449 towards Worcester City Centre. From the West take the A443 and A44, both offer good access to the city centre. Follow the brown racecourse signs. For SatNav users, the Centre Course car park postcode WR1 3EH.

There are frequent British Rail services to Worcester Foregate Street station which is 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse and also to Worcester Shrubhill Station which is a 20 minute walk or 5/10 minute taxi ride from the racecourse.
