Worcester Racecourse operations using the PASS administration system. We encourage all owners to pre-book their badges by 4pm the day before racing via this system rather than phoning or emailing the Racecourse Office. All you need to do is go to www.rcapass.com so you can get quick and efficient access to the course. If you have problems with this, you can email Owners@worcester-racecourse.co.uk or call 01905 25364 quoting your PASS card reference number. Please ensure your requests are received by 4pm the day before race day to ensure the badges will be on the system for collection .
Please remember to bring your Pass Card with you. If you require badges for your guests but will not be accompanying them to collect their badges, please advise the Racecourse Office in advance, otherwise they risk being refused entry.
Your PASS Card will allow access for 8 Owners badges with food per runner or alternatively if you are part of a syndicate or need any additional badges, we can allocate 20+ Syndicate Badges (instead of any Owners Badges). To request the Syndicate badges please email our Owners & Trainers Liason, Jane Broad on jbroad@arcowners.co.uk providing your PASS card number and the office will arrange these for you.
For any owner, or a syndicate, who would like to bring more guests or members, we are happy to allocate a minimum of 20 syndicate badges. Syndicate tickets offer complimentary access to the designated syndicate lounge and all of the public areas of the racecourse but do not gain access to the Owners & Trainers Croft suite. A retail food and drink offering will be available within this syndicate lounge, together with complimentary tea and coffee.
Please note the Syndicate Badges will not allow you access to the Owners Lounge.
All our parking is located within our centre course, off Severn Terrace Road. There will be a more forward parking position for Owner, Trainers and Syndicates so please do let our stewards know on arrival and they will direct you to the correct direction. Parking is free of charge. For Sat Nav postcode please use WR1 3EJ.
There is a helicopter landing facility, but this needs to be booked in advance with the office.
Upon arrival, please head towards our grandstand entrance and look for the Owners sign.
We offer complimentary food for all owners and trainers; located in the Croft Suit on the 1st floor of the Grandstand. Please ensure your Owners and Trainers badge is in good view of our stewards on arrival to Croft Suite, where you will be welcomed by our Owner Host, Jessica Albutt.
A hot and cold buffet style offering, along with afternoon cakes will be available from the Croft Suite where a bar facility is also available serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Complimentary tea and coffee is also available here too. There is a tote facility inside the Croft Suite and bookmakers positioned just in front of the main grandstand. Please note, our site is now cashless so all payments must be made via card only.
Owners are welcome in the Parade Ring ahead of their race and Winning Connections will be permitted in the Winner's Enclosure after the race. We ask all owners to be especially vigilant within our Parade ring due to its reduced capacity.
Connections of the winning horse will be invited to have a celebratory drink following the presentations and will be given the opportunity to watch the race again.
All winning owners are presented with a special memento of their win here at Worcester Racecourse, whilst celebrating with a complimentary glass of champagne and watching a replay of their race.
Winning owners will be gifted a tote bag with their prizes to remember their winning day with us.
Copies of every race on a USB is provided to winning and placed owners.
A winning photograph, captured by our on course photographer, Nigel Kirby, will be sent out post raceday.
If you have a runner at Worcester and are unable to join us on the day racing is broadcast live on Sky Sports Racing Channel 415.
