For disabled guests or those with limited mobility, we recommend booking the County Enclosure as this is where our disabled facilities are located.
Within the County Enclosure, we have a lift to all floors including the Croft Suite on the first floor which offers informal self-service dining to all County Enclosure ticket holders (with the exception of Ladies Day) and to the Severn Restaurant on the second floor which offers a reserved table for the day and three-course fine dining meal. The bar within the Grandstand in the County Enclosure is fully accessible for wheelchair users, located on the ground floor of the main grandstand building.
Disabled parking is available within our main Centre Course car park (postcode WR1 3EH) for Blue Badge holders, please ask one of our raceday stewards who will direct you to the designated parking area.
If a guest requires full-time care or assistance; a complimentary ticket will be available for their carer.
Gents and Ladies disabled toilets are available on the ground floor of the Grandstand within the County Enclosure for radar key holders, and there is also a disabled cubicle on the Centre Course concourse.
Baby Changing Facilities
There are baby changing facilities in both the male and female toilets, located on the ground floor of the grandstand inside the County Enclosure.
There is a designated trackside wheelchair viewing ramp beside the rails of the home straight, which is accessible for County Enclosure disabled visitors. The viewing ramp is manned by security and only accessible for disabled guests.
Centre Course Enclosure & Picnic Car Park
We do not offer any disabled facilities within this enclosure and would not advise booking tickets for this enclosure if you are disabled or have limited mobility. The Centre Course Bar is only accessible via steps, therefore, is not suitable for wheelchair users. The surface of the Centre Course Enclosure is mainly grass and uneven concrete.
The Picnic Car Park is located at the far end of the Centre Course Enclosure, which is a distance away from the main facilities (betting facilities, toilets and food/drink outlets). Again this area may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility or for guests that require a wheelchair.
