Please join St Richard's Hospice at our Racecourse for an evening of fine dining and to hear an expert panel of top jockeys, trainers and racing pundits as they give their views, tips and predictions ahead of the festival week.

Roast loin of black treacle glazed bacon loin, served with smoked bacon scented mashed potato, honey roast parsnips, confit red cabbage, apple puree, café au lait sauce
Haricot and butterbean stew, in a tomato ragout, topped with a crispy onion and oat crumble, finished with market vegetables and roasted new potatoes
Apple and blackberry crumble served with custard
Followed by tea and coffee
