We know the British weather can be unpredictable – but we believe a few raindrops shouldn’t dampen your day out. That’s why we are excited to introduce our brand new Wet Weather Guarantee.
On our Ladies Day, on Saturday 7th June, if it rains during the period from when the gates open to the end of the last race, you could be invited back to an alternative raceday on us!
Here’s How It Works:
- You must have booked your ticket(s) in advance of the race day.
- You must attend the event.
- The guarantee applies to paid general admission tickets only—it does not apply to hospitality or restaurant bookings, complimentary tickets, or tickets purchased prior to the event.
- There must be rain on such specific Race Day from the moment ARC opens the gates until the end of last race. For the purposes of the Offer, rain is defined as measurable precipitation (including rain or showers) that continues for a minimum duration of 10 consecutive minutes at the Racecourse.
How to Claim:
If the Wet Weather Guarantee is triggered, you will receive an email from the ARC marketing team with a link to claim your return tickets. You will be able to choose from:
Wednesday 25th June
Wednesday 20th August (Evening)
Sunday 31st August (Family Festival Raceday)
Friday 5th September (Race Back to the 80s)
Wednesday 15th October
You will have two weeks from the date the email is sent to claim your tickets. While booking, you will also have the chance to add optional upgrades to enhance your next visit.
Please allow up to 5 working days after the event for your email to arrive.
